PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
DREAM Sports Camp's Performance Improvement Program is designed for the ultra-competitive athlete in every sport looking to transition to an elite level peak performer.  This program focuses on building strength, endurance, flexibility, mental toughness and an unyielding spirit to achieve athletically.
 
Our performance improvement program maximizes an individual's potential through a series and combination of activities, exercises and routines, including but not limited to: body resistance training, core fitness training, cross training techniques, all-terrain training, plyometrics and weight training.  Regardless of your field of sport, each student athlete participant in this program will exit the camp better prepared and fit to excel in his or her respective sport.
